I wanted to try this place after passing it a few times. It looked cute and clean when I entered, but the lady that took my... ordered ruined my first impression fast. She seemed bothered that I was ordering bagels to go and everytime I asked if they hada certain type of bagel, it was a nasty "NO!". I ordered just 2 bagels to go to try them. The first one I ate when I got homeand it did not seem fresh at all but then I tried the 2nd one the next day- nope. It was hard as a rock. I even put it in aplastic bag when I got home to try to keep it fresh. Not only are the bagels not fresh here but $2 each, wow what a rip off andwaste of money. So most people would be surprised that I?m only rating them four stars because my husband and I are always talking about how... much we love this restaurant. It?s definitely our go to for breakfast. The food is always consistently great and they definitelyhave the best bagels in my opinion. However what?s not always consistent is the friendliness of the staff, which I get bc I?mnot always in the best mood either. The only thing is I believe if you work in the service industry you should always treat yourclients with tons of respect and appreciation because well they?re the reason you have a job. But yeah the service is not badjust not always amazing and I love amazing so there?s that. And I wish they had better AC but other than that I still Love thisplace and still will always go back. Had a great takeout experience. We were immediately helped at the counter and they had delicious & fresh bagels including... Gluten Free. I had an everything bagel with nova , my wife the GF bagel and everything was excellent. I appreciated the coffeestation and takeout supplies in their own area where I could serve myself while waiting for the food to be prepared.
